Ms. Anena Monica, Program Director
Anena Monica graduated from Gulu University, where she studied Business Administration and Finance. She has vast experience having worked with different projects in Northern Uganda she joined our team in 2010 and does an amazing job of handling all finances and doubles as the overall manager for he organisation Currently pursuing her MBA.
Ms. Aloyo Toffister, Program Officer
Aloyo Toffister graduated from Gulu University, where she studied Business Administration and Finance. She has vast experience having worked with Gulu University, Brac, and HIRAF as account and and loan officer. Toffister joined our team in 2016. Her amazing diverse skills and potentials support women in Nwyoya and Amuru Districts, overseeing the implementation of our women's economic strengthening and adult literacy program with great success.
Mr. Bukenya Muusa, Program Officer
Bukenya Muusa graduated from Cavendish University , where he studied NGO Management with Social work also graduated from Makerere Universty studied mass communication and Journalism. He has vast experience having worked and served with different NGO in Uganda both at Board and managerial levels. He is our long serving team member having worked since 2006 his verst experience not only benefits the organisation but the entire CSO in the region. Currently serving at the Board of Gulu NGO Forum. His quest for social justice, gender equality and women's Empowerment makes him exceptional and a proud feminist.
Mr. Okot Kenneth, IT and M&E Officer
Okot Kenneth is a graduate from Gulu University, where he studied Information Technology. He has vast experience having worked with Election Commission, Kenvict Company LTD. He joined our team in 2017. His diverse skills and potentials has supported Gulu Women Resource Center.
Ms. Angwech Lorna, Assist Project Officer
Angwech Lorna graduated from Gulu University, with a diploma in Business Administration and Finance. She has vast experience in data management and interpersonal relationship. Lorna joined our team in 2016. Her amazing diverse skills and potentials support and improve our data entry, loan disbursement, assessments and recovery.
Ms. Atoo Conny, Project Officer HPI
Atoo Conny graduated from Gulu University, where she studied Public admistration. She has worked as our the coordinator for HPI project and our office admin supporting the team with manufacturing, distribution and conducting menstrual health education in schools. Conny joined our team in 2016 as a volunteer and due to her amazing diverse skills the organisation decided to retain her, and made her a full time staff.
Ms. Minishifah Nakalema, Assist Project Officer HPI
Minishifa graduated from Kampala University, where she studied Mass communication and Journalism. miniShifa joined our team in 2019. Her amazing excellent communication and innovative skills, she support women in Nwyoya and Lwengo Districts, overseeing the implementation of the HPI program

Harriet graduated from Gulu University, where she studied Business Administration and Finance. She has vast experience having worked with Gulu local government as a clark Hariet joined our team in 2016. she support access to Justice project
Ms. Aloyo Jenifer, Admin GWRC
Jeniffer help in office operations of Gulu Women's Resource , supporting our access to Justice program, peer counseling, computer lab, the programs is hugely impactful. Her relationships in the community ensure she can closely attend to every visiter and guide them to which right office or staff who should address their needs.
Ms. Aloyojok Prisca, Chairperson Peer Counselors
Prisca is a known community leader she is the chairperson for all peer counselor, an advocate for womens rights the mission of female equality both locally and internationally and a mentor for many community women to aspire for leadership. Her counseling expertise has saved families and improved girls’ self esteem. Prisca is respected from her villages and she is currently the Division councillor for Pece representing women's voice.
Mr. Ocakacon Emmy Okot, Transportation and Documentation Officer
Emmy graduated from YMCA, where he studied videograpy and filming and Finance. She has vast experience having worked with Invisible children before joining ,our team in 2016. He supports our with documentation and heads the transport section.
Ms. Barunya Sumaya, Project Assistant HPI
Sumaya graduated from Kampala International University, where she studied Business Administration and Finance. she joined our team in 2017. her amazing diverse skills supports the in conducting menstrual health education in schools and manufacturing and distribution of pads in schools and refugee communities.
